Among
various kinds of animal hairs traditionally used for
samurai armors/helmets such as bears and horses, it
is said yaku's white hair is the most precious and much-prized
material. The helmet of this suit of armor is finished
with genuin yaku's hair.
Throughout the course of Japanese history, red hued
Yoroi have come to represent the noble attributes of
“honor” and “valor.”
The principle parts of this Yoroi are handcrafted out
of iron by our skilled artisans
in Japan.This historical armor set, suitable to display
or wear, consists of the Kabuto, Yoroi and Kogusoku
parts and accessories you see listed in the charts below.
Your armor will also come in a black lacquered wooden
storage box that doubles as a beautiful stand for you
to proudly display your Yoroi.

your measurements. It will take 1 to 2 additional weeks
to complete a custom sized suit of armor. |
